LILIZELA AWARDS
Lilizela is an Nguni word which means to ululate: an act of congratulations when someone has done something well. Lilizela is a name that truly distinguishes these uniquely African awards from the mainstream.
The Lilizela Awards recognize and reward tourism players and businesses who work passionately and with pride to deliver a world class product and service, and whose delivery grows South Africa’s global destination competitiveness. This event is like the Oscars for the tourism industry. It gives national recoginition to establishments and raise their profile both here at home in South Africa and around the world too, profiling winners on a number of different platforms.
ECTOUR is proud to announce that our very own, Jonker Fourie, has been chosen to participate in the judging (selection) process of this prestigious award event, sitting on the panel to nominate from the Visitor Experience of the Year category.
