About Kududu Guest House
Far from the madding crowd, on a hill overlooking the luscious Sunday’s River Valley and on the doorstep of the world renowned Greater Addo Elephant Park, lies Kududu Guesthouse, a haven of tranquillity and comfort, waiting to be discovered. Nestling in and surrounded by the well known valley bushveld, Kududu has panaromic views across farmlands and extensive Eastern Cape bush which is a malaria free area. It’s position allows for complete relaxation in a tranquil and luxurious setting. We are ideally located in the central area of the Valley, making many day tours or excursions easily accessible.
Whether you are looking for a luxurious holiday or fun-filled adventure, you are sure to have a memorable stay in our part of the country where we will pamper you and see to all your needs.
Kududu Guest House is proudly owned and managed by Anri and Danie Janse van Rensburg. Our farm, known as Nooitgedacht, is measured to be 530 Ha of which 70 Ha is planted under a wide variety of lemon, navel and valencia citrus trees. The Sundays River Valley is one of the biggest citrus production valleys in the Southern Hemisphere and we are proud to export about 20% of South Africa's citrus. Our harvest time is mostly during winter and the season stretches from March to October each year.
On our private nature reserve, we have quite a few different species of wildlife on the farm, including giraffe, waterbuck, kudu, duiker, warthog, zebra, bushbuck, Nyala, eland, red hartebeest and a breeding project with our disease free Addo Buffalo.
Our pool and lapa areas are for the exclusive use of our guests and pool towels are provided.Relax in our jacuzzi while watching the sunset over the mountains.
Dinner is served on request and must be booked prior to arrival. Anri will also be pleased to book tours, excursions or dinner at one of our many restaurants in the surrounding area.
